"I saw 5 recipes I liked and made them right away. It was easy and tasty. The layout is very nice and for someone who has been slowly making progress toward eating plant based foods, this book is a huge step in the right direction. I don't miss the meat. That said, it's been a year now of not bringing any red meat into the house to cook. I do still get a burger or a steak from time to time when I"m out.
